Why do we need
Gram’s email?
We need Gram's EMAIL to setup their own account, if they plan to use any of the following independently:
This must be a REAL (and unique) email address for Gram
This email address is only needed for a one-time activation
(or for any password changes)
NOTE: we will NOT be sending an activation email to Gram yet. This will be done during the onboarding process when you or their Concierge Manager is with them to assist!
