The Senior having a PHONE NUMBER IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT*
- This is preferably a cell phone number - for mobile support dashboard access
- However Care Homeys can support ANY phone number (even landlines!)
The Senior having an EMAIL IS NOT REQUIRED
However it is PREFERABLE & needed for independent access to:
- The Full Support Care Homeys App
- SMS and Mobile Wellness Check-ins
- Monthly reporting and plans
- Placing their own Shopping & Services orders through the Care Hub

These are their closest loved ones — family members or friends — who can be added and authorized as “Supporters,” with access to the following
- Direct communication & coordination with their Dedicated Care Concierge
- Access to the 24/7 on-demand support line on the senior’s behalf

- Appointment, reminder & medication notification scheduling
- Placing shopping & grocery orders to their home
- Home services & transportation requests
- Comprehensive Monthly Planning & Reporting
