We are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency services. Our services are intended only as supplemental support. In case of a medical emergency, call 911.
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or have legal caregiver consent.
3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Do not share your login details with unauthorized persons.

Some information we handle may qualify as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. We safeguard PHI and will not use or disclose it except as permitted by law or with your consent.

7. SMS/Text Messaging & Limited PHI

You may update or revoke supporter circle access at any time.

Care Homeys is not responsible for how supporter circle members handle or protect information once shared.
9. Payments & Billing

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Services.
10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel Services at any time by contacting support.

11. User Conduct
