Shopping Services
We coordinate purchases via third‑party vendors (e.g., Amazon, Uber Eats, local retailers). Product availability, pricing, delivery windows, substitutions, and returns are governed by vendor policies. Care Homies is not responsible for vendor delays, product defects, or recalls. Food safety and dietary choices are the customer’s responsibility; consult your clinician for medical nutrition advice.

 

Pharmacy Pickup & Delivery (Uber Health)
We only coordinate pickup/delivery via Uber Health for prescriptions that are non‑controlled, already paid for, and confirmed by the pharmacy as ready for pickup. We do not order, place, or pay for prescription refills on your behalf. We do not store, handle, or transport medications ourselves.

 

Transportation (Uber Health)
Transportation is arranged via Uber Health and subject to Uber’s terms and availability. We do not operate vehicles or provide driving services and are not responsible for incidents, delays, or items left in vehicles.

 

Home Services & Repairs
We obtain quotes and help book third‑party providers (e.g., Thumbtack or local licensed professionals). We do not perform repairs, supervise work, or guarantee workmanship, licensing status, pricing, permits, or timelines. You should review provider credentials and contracts directly with the provider.

 

Safety & Emergencies
Our Services are non‑clinical and supportive. For urgent or life‑threatening situations, call 911 immediately.
