The Senior having a PHONE NUMBER IS THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENT*
- This is preferably a cell phone number - for mobile support dashboard access
- However Care Homeys can support ANY phone number (even landlines!)
The Senior having an EMAIL IS NOT REQUIRED
However it is PREFERABLE & needed for independent access to:
- The Full Support Care Homeys App
- SMS and Mobile Wellness Check-ins
- Monthly reporting and plans
- Placing their own Shopping & Services orders through the Care Hub

These are their closest loved ones, family members or friends, who can be added and authorized as ‘Supporter Homeys’, with access to the following;
